The American Institute of Baking conducts an annual food safety audit. Based on the observations made, the information obtained and the criteria set forth in the A.I.B. Consolidated Standards for Food Safety, the overall food safety level of the Wyckoff Farms Berry Facility was found to have fulfilled the requirements of the Department of Food Safety/Hygiene earning them the A.I.B.’s highest rating of SUPERIOR. Wyckoff Farms has achieved the A.I.B.’s SUPERIOR rating since the Berry Facility has been in operation. |
